Sara Rajadel is one of the founders of Bright Room Community Acupuncture, and one of our most experienced acupuncturists. She is a passionate practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with a diverse background in healthcare. After completing her Acupuncture studies at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture (LCTA) in 2011, Sara went on to earn a First Class Honours Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the University of PortsMouth. Her fascination with healthy nutrition and Chinese Medicine led her to pursue a postgraduate degree in Energy Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London in 2012. Combining her interests, Sara co-founded the Bright Room Community Clinic in London, one of the first “multi-bed” acupuncture clinics in Europe, aimed at providing cost-effective and frequent treatments to a larger number of patients.

Driven by her growing passion for TCM, Sara sought further specialization in Tui Na, a therapeutic form of Chinese massage. Under the guidance of Sarah Pritchard, one of the leading experts in Tui Na in the United Kingdom, Sara obtained her Tui Na license at the City College of Acupuncture in London in 2014. Eager to deepen her knowledge, she pursued postgraduate studies in Chinese Herbal Medicine, completing programs at Phoenix Medical in London in 2016 and the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2015.

Sara’s background in conventional medicine further enriches her holistic approach to treating the human body. As a qualified pharmacist, having graduated from the University of Barcelona in 2001, she has spent over 15 years practicing within the British healthcare system. This unique combination of expertise allows her to understand the intricate workings of human physiology, anatomy, and biochemistry, which greatly influence her integrative approach to healing.

After 18 years of professional practice in London, Sara made a life-changing decision to relocate to Santa María del Camí in Mallorca with her family. Since 2019, she has been delighted to welcome patients to her Centre d’Acupuntura, located in the heart of the town. Sara’s expertise, experience, and commitment to holistic healthcare make her a trusted and compassionate practitioner, providing comprehensive treatments to enhance well-being and restore balance to her patients’ lives.

Sara’s journey into Traditional Chinese Medicine has been marked by a profound commitment to learning, a passion for holistic health, and a deep understanding of both Western and Eastern approaches to healing. From her foundational studies in Acupuncture and TCM to her specialization in Tui Na and Chinese Herbal Medicine, Sara’s diverse expertise enables her to provide personalized and integrative care. Now settled in Mallorca, she continues her mission to promote well-being and healing through Centre d’Acupuntura, where patients can experience the transformative benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine in a tranquil and nurturing environment.
